 What is a Loan Note?


A loan note is actually a document that recognizes a legally binding relationship between a borrower and one or more lenders. The document also evidences the promise by the borrower to pay interest to the loan note holder until the debt is paid back. The High Street Group’s loan notes are available from £25,000 and pay a fix interest rate of 12% plus bonuses if the investment is retained. Investors also own a debenture over £68 million worth of the companies assets.
